Essex Telephone Systems are a telecommunication provider who work hard to help rekindle your belief in good customer service. Buying Business Telecommunications Products in the UK is time-consuming, frustrating and ultimately totally soul-destroying. So when we started Essex Telephone Systems in 2008 our aim was to ensure that we took the pain away. We believe that being your first class telecommunications provider is the key to your success and we also believe that whilst helping our clients through thick and thin we should enjoy it too. We have all worked in places where the customers basic requirements were not met and all seen the effect of this. We’ve traded through a recession and seen the sharks of this industry fall by the wayside (usually where they belong) and from this we have developed a 7 point plan which I hope you will like:

We don’t recommend products just to make a sale. We only recommend service packages that are practical and appropriate for your company and goals. If we’re not a good fit for your site and business, we will let you know.

PROVIDE REASONABLE PRICING AND STAND BY IT
We work efficiently so we can provide you with reasonable fixed pricing. When we quote a price, we stick to it. You will know exactly how much each project will cost.
DELIVER ON A FIXED TIME LINE
Every one of our proposals includes a projected time line. When we are recommending a service that we are not installing (e.g. BT lines) we will always base the timeline on the knowledge and experience that we have had whilst working with that third-party organisation, NOT the estimated published timelines.
GUARANTEE EVERYTHING WE DO
We guarantee all our work. If you’re not completely satisfied with our work, just let us know within two weeks of your project delivery and we’ll make it right or refund your money.
